Job Description - Account Sales Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a
dynamic and results -driven Account Sales Manager to join a leading hospitality
organization in Victoria Island, Lagos. The ideal candidate will be responsible
for managing key client accounts, driving revenue growth, strengthening
customer relationships, and expanding the company’s market presence.

This role
requires a strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and a proven track
record in hospitality sales and account management.

 

Key
Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key corporate and individual
    client accounts to drive revenue.

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve
    and exceed revenue targets.

  • Identify new business opportunities and build
    strong pipelines within the hospitality market.

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing
    clients to ensure repeat business and long -term partnerships.

  • Negotiate contracts, rates, and service
    agreements with clients.

  • Collaborate with operations and guest services
    teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and
    market analysis.

  • Represent the organization at industry events,
    meetings, and networking functions.

  • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends
    to maintain a competitive advantage.



Requirements

Qualifications
& Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience,
    with 5–7 years in a similar Account/Sales Manager role within the
    hospitality industry.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
    Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
    and managing high -value client accounts.

  • Strong negotiation, communication and
    presentation skills.

  • Excellent relationship management and customer
    service orientation.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and
    commercial awareness.
