Accountant

Role Overview

We are seeking a mature, responsible, and self-motivated Accountant to take full ownership of our financial operations. Reporting directly to the MD, this is a standalone role that requires a high degree of integrity, adaptability, and the ability to deliver exceptional results with zero supervision. The ideal candidate will possess robust analytical skills and a strong background in cost management and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting

• Maintain and manage the company ledger and ensure accurate financial reporting.
  


• Prepare and manage the company budget efficiently.
  


• Oversee the processing, verification, and management of all invoices.
  


• Prepare and submit mandatory daily financial reports to leadership.
  


• Conduct comprehensive monthly financial performance reviews to assess and ensure the company's financial health.
  

Commercial & Cost Control

• Take full responsibility for managing all Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and developing commercial proposals.
  


• Conduct detailed cost analysis and cost management activities.
  


• Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to monitor, track, and manage project costs.
