The Finance Associate is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing comprehensive financial reports, and supporting payroll processing with precision and timeliness. By adhering to accepted accounting standards and proactively managing cash flow, the individual plays a key role in enabling informed decision-making and sustainable financial performance across departments.
Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records in compliance with established accounting standards.
Record all financial transactions, including income, expenditures, assets, and liabilities, with consistency and accuracy.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Monitor cash flow and implement strategies to ensure sufficient liquidity to support organisational operations.
Prepare and process monthly payroll in full compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Calculate employee salaries, statutory deductions, pensions, taxes, and other benefits with high accuracy and timeliness.
