• Drive budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning initiatives, specifically tailoring support for technical and financial proposals during business bidding processes.
  
• Manage the full cycle of accounts payable and receivable, actively pursuing the collection of outstanding debts.
  
• Execute authorized payments to vendors, suppliers, and external service providers in a timely manner.
