Role Overview
We are looking for a commercially astute Accounts Manager to lead key client relationships, drive account growth, and ensure seamless delivery across multiple projects. This role serves as the primary custodian of major agency accounts and sits at the intersection of client leadership, commercial performance, and internal execution. You will protect profitability, strengthen client trust, and turn account management into a growth engine for the business.
What You Will Own
Lead client engagement from brief receipt to execution closure, ensuring a high standard of service across every touchpoint.
Build strong, long-term relationships with client stakeholders and serve as a trusted point of contact on key accounts.
Develop account plans by mapping client decision-making processes, competitive landscapes, and annual brand cycles to support retention and growth.
Identify organic growth opportunities within existing accounts and work with Strategy and internal teams to shape strong commercial solutions.
Own the billing rhythm across assigned accounts, including invoice and payment cycle management, finance coordination, and revenue visibility.
Drive internal teams across Creative, Operations, Finance, and related functions to meet client expectations and agreed service levels.
Maintain strong reporting, account documentation, and commercial discipline to support decision-making and execution quality.

Who You Are
You are structured, proactive, and commercially aware. You think in revenue and ROI, but you also understand brand needs and client realities. You can engage senior stakeholders with confidence, manage multiple priorities without losing control, and push internal teams toward high standards without creating friction. You do not wait passively for briefs; you anticipate needs, shape solutions, and keep momentum.
Qualifications and Experience
Proven track record managing large-scale projects and handling day-to-day Key Account Management responsibilities.
Strong understanding of business indices, analytical data, and market or industry trends.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and influence decisions
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong client servicing capability with a consultative approach to complex relationships.
Self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work systematically under pressure and tight deadlines.
