This is a full-time on-site role for an Admin Officer at Infytel Communications in Lagos.
The Admin Officer will be responsible for general administration tasks, communication, administrative assistance, customer service, and organization skills.
Key Responsibilities
In charge of all general office operations.
Responsible for facility management and statutory bills (electricity, waste management, etc.)
Received and processed communication channels, including email, phone
Answered employee questions regarding administrative matters and redirected, as necessary, to the appropriate party
Prepared expense reports and office budgets.
Hired maintenance vendors to repair or replace damaged office equipment.
Maintained and updated company statutory documents and information
Organized events and meetings
Maintained company assets register by capturing details of all assets in use by a team member
Qualifications
General Administration and Administrative Assistance skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Strong organizational skills
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Proficient in using office software and tools
Prior experience in administrative roles
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
