B.Sc or HND in Accounting, supply chain or business administration with at least two (2) years’ experience in finance and supply chain and logistics.
Two (2) years in finance, business administration and data analysis, 1-2 years in administration and management of clients, business communication and professional logistics skills.
Must have field experience on logistics operations.
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant
Skills:
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
