Administrative Assistant to join our team in Abuja, Nigeria.

Position Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to provide support to our team and ensure the
efficient operation of our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and resourceful individual with
excellent organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Office Management:

- Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, and ensure their availability.
- Assist in the coordination of office events and meetings.

2. Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to team members and management.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, and redirect them as necessary.
- Draft and edit documents, reports, and correspondence.

3. Calendar Management:
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update team members' calendars.

4. Data Entry and Record Keeping:
- Accurately input and maintain data in various systems.
- Assist in record-keeping and filing of documents.

5. Communication:
- Act as a liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist in preparing internal and external communications.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Education and Experience:

- High school diploma required; additional certification or degree in Office Administration or related
field is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role preferred.
