The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative, organizational, and client-support assistance within a fast-paced legal practice. Reporting to the Administrative Manager, this entry-level role is suited to a recent graduate or early-career professional looking to build foundational administrative and professional-services skills in a structured, supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and maintenance of client and matter records. • Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and court dates, and help keep the Firm’s calendar organized. • Support front-desk and client-facing duties, including receiving visitors and directing enquiries appropriately. • Help draft, format, and proofread routine correspondence, letters, and internal documents. • Assist with monitoring and responding to basic client communications under supervision. • Support the preparation of documents and materials for meetings, trainings, and firm events. • Maintain office supplies inventory and help coordinate basic office logistics. • Assist the administrative and management team with ad hoc tasks and special projects as assigned. • Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling client and firm information at all times.
