Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the school principal and teachers.
• Manage student records, attendance, and communication with parents.
• Oversee the school's administrative functions, including budgeting, scheduling, and supplies.

• Assist with admissions and enrollment processes.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a National Diploma or Higher National Diploma in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience working in an administrative role (2+ years).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• A strong commitment to professionalism and a positive attitude.
