Analyst, Operations & Chartering Support

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated Analyst with strong operational and systems expertise to provide critical support to both the Operations and Chartering teams. This role has been created to strengthen our ability to manage the increasing number of vessel calls and the growing demand for accurate, timely, and consistent operational data.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Data Management
• Maintain and update operational databases, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all records.
• Track and record berth history, voyage information, and other essential operational data.
• Develop and implement processes to improve data integrity and efficiency.
• Team Support
• Provide day-to-day assistance to Operations and Chartering teams in managing vessel activities.
• Support chartering decisions with reliable operational insights and historical data.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and enhance communication.
• Systems & Process Improvement
• Utilize operational systems to monitor vessel performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Recommend and implement system enhancements to improve reporting and data management.
• Ensure compliance with internal standards and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills

·         Bachelor's degree in business, Logistics, Maritime Studies, or related field.

·         Strong operational and systems knowledge, preferably within shipping or logistics.

·         Proficiency in data management tools and reporting systems.

·         Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

·         Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

·         Effective communication and collaboration skills.
