Summary

The Architect is responsible for creating comprehensive functional layouts, precise technical documentation, and immersive 3D visualizations that align with specific project directives and site conditions. This role serves as a critical link between conceptual design and physical construction, ensuring that all deliverables meet rigorous standards and client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Generate high-precision 2D architectural CAD plans, structural schematics, and photo-realistic 3D visual renderings.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams and site supervisors to refine and finalize technical specifications.
  • Verify that all design proposals strictly comply with municipal building codes, safety regulations, and zoning ordinances.
  • Conduct regular on-site inspections to confirm that construction activities align with approved design drawings.
  • Facilitate the continuous improvement of design documentation by incorporating project feedback and managing revision cycles.
