Assistant Chief Security Officer (Asst CSO)

About the Role:

We are looking at recruiting a competent and proactive Assistant
Chief Security Officer (Assistant CSO) to support the overall management and
coordination of security operations across our client’s office locations. The
ideal candidate will assist the CSO in supervising security personnel, ensuring
adherence to company security policies, and maintaining a safe and secure
environment for staff, customers, and assets.

Key Responsibilities:

v  Assist the CSO in overseeing and managing all security operations
across the company.

v  Supervise and guide security officers in performing their duties
effectively.

v  Conduct regular patrols and inspections to identify and address
security risks.

v  Monitor security systems including CCTV, access controls, and
alarms.

v  Ensure proper enforcement of 3CHUB’s security policies and
procedures.

v  Investigate incidents and prepare detailed reports for management
review.

v  Support in training and evaluating security staff to maintain high
performance and discipline.

v  Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services when
necessary.

v  Promote vigilance, accountability, and teamwork within the security
department.

Requirements

v  Minimum of 3–5 years proven experience in a supervisory or senior
security role.

v  Strong leadership, communication, and decision -making skills.

v  Excellent understanding of security systems and procedures.

v  Ability to respond effectively under pressure and manage incidents
professionally.

v  Must reside in Lagos.
