capital advisory firm, moving deliberately beyond transactional recruitment
toward retained, insight -led partnerships with senior leaders and institutions.

We are
seeking an Associate Consultant with 2–3 years’ professional experience who is
eager to build a long -term career in executive search and advisory work.

The Role

As an
Associate Consultant, you will:

• Support retained executive
  search assignments for senior management and leadership roles
  
• Conduct market research, talent
  mapping, and candidate assessment
  
• Assist with client briefs, role
  definition, and interview preparation
  
• Contribute to written outputs
  including candidate summaries and market insights
  
• Learn how to operate in board -level,
  advisory -led engagements
  

This role is
designed as a developmental pathway into senior advisory search work.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2–3 years’ experience in
  consulting, professional services, banking, HR, research, or recruitment
  
• Strong analytical and
  communication skills
  
• Intellectual curiosity and a
  willingness to learn
  
• Professional maturity and
  confidence engaging senior stakeholders
  
• Interest in leadership,
  organisations, and talent decisions
  

Prior
executive search experience is helpful but not essential.
