Associate Student Success Advisor (Study Abroad)

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Associate Student Success Advisor to join our team. This role serves as the primary point of contact for students throughout their entire study abroad journey, from initial inquiry to arrival at their international destination. The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, have excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple student cases simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide students through the entire study abroad process from application to arrival
  
• Process applications to educational institutions with accuracy and attention to detail
  
• Provide comprehensive visa application support and documentation guidance
  
• Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodation bookings for students
  
• Conduct pre-departure orientation sessions to prepare students for life abroad
  
• Respond promptly to student inquiries via social media, WhatsApp, and email
  
• Track student progress and maintain detailed records in our CRM system
  
• Collaborate with other teams to resolve student issues and ensure smooth experiences
  
• Collect and provide feedback for continuous improvement of student services
  

Requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in international relations, education, business, or related field
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
  
• Proficiency with digital tools including Microsoft Office and social media platforms
  
• Customer service orientation with empathetic approach to student concerns
  
• Cultural sensitivity and global awareness
  
• Experience in education, customer support, or international services (preferred)
  
• Knowledge of international study destinations and visa processes (preferred)
