Bailing Officer

We are seeking Bailing Officers to support the handling and preparation of finished products. The successful candidates will operate bailing equipment efficiently while maintaining proper handling, quality, and production standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out bailing operations according to established procedures and specifications.
  
• Arrange and prepare finished products correctly before bailing.
  
• Operate bailing equipment safely and efficiently.
  
• Ensure products are properly positioned and evenly compressed.
  
• Secure completed bales appropriately to maintain their shape and stability.
  
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  
• Follow safety, quality, and production procedures.
  
• Meet assigned production targets.
  

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant industrial bailing experience.
  
• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  
• Experience operating or working with bailing equipment.
  
• Good attention to detail and physical coordination.
  
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks efficiently.
  
• Ability to work under production targets.
