Job Description - BDM




A digital transformation firm specializing in the healthcare sector is looking to hire a Business Development Manager to support the expansion of its client base. The ideal candidate will represent the company externally and demonstrate a strong commitment to developing and executing effective sales strategies. The primary objective is to drive sustainable financial growth by increasing sales and building long-term, trusted relationships with clients.








Responsibilities:




  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector

  • Develop a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promote the company’s products/services, addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Prepare sales contracts, ensuring adherence to the law-established rules and guidelines

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

  • Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis of EHR solutions








Requirements



  • A minimum of 5 years proven working experience as a business development manager, or sales executive with a proven ability to give presentations, identify opportunities, track competitors, and achieve market penetration. 

  • Proven sales track record

  • Experience in customer support is a plus

  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM, and ERP software

  • Proficiency in English

  • Market knowledge

  • Communication and negotiation skills

  • Time management and planning skills

  • B.Sc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
