Job Description - Biller Product Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Excellent written and oral communication skills are required since the Product Manager has to communicate with team members, other departments, upper management and consumers of the company’s products.
Familiar with the Vas (Biller) product or market including specific technical or industry knowledge (Airtime, Data, Electricity, Betting etc).
Ability to write requirements documentation, communicate with IT developers, and urge it to go live on time.
Ability to maintain keen attention to detail, especially on response code, and fix error response code as soon as possible.
A natural tendency to be curious, positive and creative.
Team player who collaborates well with others.
Sincere empathy for the customer and a commitment to delving deep into the challenges they present or experience.
Compare the company’s products to competitor’s products to assess competition in the market.
Provide management with analyses and reports and respond to questions and requests from management.
Review and adjust inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability
