Boutique Finance Controller

The Boutique Finance Controller will serve as the finance business partner to the Company's boutiques, overseeing sales, cash, inventory reconciliations and financial controls. The role will act as the link between Head Office Finance and boutique operations, providing financial insight and ensuring compliance with established controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily boutique sales and financial transactions.
  
  


• Reconcile cash, POS, bank and other payment channels.
  
  


• Reconcile boutique inventory with financial records.
  
  


• Review sales reports and investigate variances.
  
  


• Monitor cash handling and deposit processes.
  
  


• Ensure adherence to financial controls and procedures.
  
  


• Identify revenue leakages and control weaknesses.
  
  


• Support boutique managers with financial analysis.
  
  


• Prepare periodic financial and operational reports.
  
  


• Liaise with Head Office Finance on reconciliations and reporting.
  
  


• Support stock counts and investigate inventory variances.
  
  


• Monitor expenses and ensure proper documentation.
  
  


• Provide financial insights to improve boutique performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
  
  


• ICAN/ACCA qualification or progress toward qualification is advantageous.
  
  


• 4–7 years' finance/accounting experience.
  
  


• Experience in retail, luxury retail or multi-location operations is highly desirable.
