Brand Ambassador (Ikorodu and Alimosho)

Our client is a mobility company looking to hire an enthusiastic Brand Ambassador for their brand. As a successful candidate, you will be involved in increasing brand awareness by communicating the value of our products to customers, tracking customer feedback, and representing the brand.

Responsibilities:

 • Onboarding of new customers 

• Familiarize yourself with the company’s mission, vision, and goals.

• Educating customers about our products.

• Building rapport with customers.

• Monitoring customer feedback and escalating complaints 

• Representing the company at product launches, events, and trade shows.

• Maintaining a positive image of the brand at all times.

Requirements

•  Previous experience as a brand ambassador

• Knowledge of sales and marketing principles.

• Excellent verbal, written, and communication skills.

• Interpersonal Skills

• Sales Ability.

• Adaptable with the ability to prioritize tasks.
