Job Description - Brand & Client Engagement Manager

The role is responsible for designing and executing a comprehensive marketing and client services strategy that aligns with company’s overall business goals. The successful candidate will strengthen client relationships, drive revenue growth through business development, and position the company as a market leader through effective brand management and corporate communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.

  • Drive business growth by identifying, developing, and managing new and existing client relationships.

  • Lead the Company’s brand management, marketing, and public relations initiatives to enhance corporate visibility and reputation.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and timely service delivery to clients.

  • Develop and implement targeted marketing campaigns and pricing strategies to capture and expand market share.

  • Establish and manage strategic alliances, networks, and partnerships to generate new business opportunities.

  • Oversee corporate events, advertising, marketing materials, and publications.

  • Monitor industry trends, statutory bodies, and competitors to support business strategy and market expansion.

  • Ensure strict compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of all information.



Requirements

  • HR outsourcing and service/product development

  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Financial analysis and advisory skills

  • Brand management and corporate communications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Skills & Competencies
  • Strong business development and client relationship management experience

  • Excellent communication (written & oral), presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Strategic thinking with strong analytical and problem -solving abilities

  • Resourcefulness, resilience, and empathy in client engagements

  • Effective time management and organizational skills

  • People management and collaborative leadership style

  • IT literacy and adaptability to digital tools
