About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing & Brand Manager to join our growing healthy food restaurant brand. This role is responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

â¢ Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive growth and customer loyalty

â¢ Manage digital campaigns, content creation, and social media platforms

â¢ Plan and optimize paid ads across Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn

â¢ Analyze performance metrics (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and market trends

â¢ Oversee website management and SEO optimization

â¢ Handle email marketing, PR activities, and brand reputation

Requirements

â¢ Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

â¢ 3â5 years experience in marketing/digital marketing

â¢ Strong knowledge of social media, SEO/SEM, and analytics tools

â¢ Experience in retail/food industry is a plus

â¢ Proficiency in tools like Google Ads, Excel, and Canva
