Are you a master strategist who knows how to turn a brand into a household name? We are looking for a visionary Brand Officer to lead our offensive and defensive marketing lines.
In this role, you won't just manage a brand; you will build a legacy at the intersection of technology, mainstream media (TV & Radio), and football culture. You will be responsible for driving multi-channel growth strategies for our app, broadcast shows, and live events, serving as the strategic architect and true face of the brand.
End-to-End Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies spanning our mobile app, TV game show, radio programming, and live events.
Media Buying & Budget Management: Allocate, track, and optimize marketing budgets across traditional and digital channels to ensure maximum reach, user acquisition, and return on investment.
Partnership & Stakeholder Acquisition: Leverage deep industry contacts to secure high-level media partnerships, sponsorships, and cross-promotional deals.
Brand Consistency: Act as the guardian of the brand identity, ensuring uniform messaging, visual standards, and tone across every customer touchpointâfrom mobile UX to broadcast media.
Data-Driven Campaign Management: Monitor market trends, measure campaign effectiveness through key metrics, and continuously refine strategies based on audience insights.
Education: Minimum of an HND or Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Experience: 1â3 years (up to 3 years preferred) of hands-on experience in Brand Management or Marketing. Background in Media/Agencies, Tech, or FMCG is a major advantage.
Media Landscape Knowledge: Deep, working knowledge of the Nigerian media ecosystem, including direct contacts across TV, radio, digital, and OOH (out-of-home) networks.
Football Fandom Insight: You donât just watch football; you deeply understand football culture, consumer psychology, and the real "why" behind fan obsession in Nigeria.
Core Skills: Exceptional brand storytelling, analytical/data-driven decision-making, project management, and high-level negotiation skills.
Base Salary: â¦250,000 net monthly.
