Job Description:
* Provide administrative support to the Managing Director and leadership team, including preparing presentations, reports, and other materials.
* Manage the Managing Director’s calendar, appointments, and meetings.
* Coordinate and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and other correspondence.
* Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies to increase visibility and reach.
* Manage the company’s brand and reputation, including social media and other online platforms.
* Coordinate events and conferences to promote the brand.
* Create and curate content for social media and other channels.
* Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
* Serve as a brand ambassador, representing the organization at events, conferences, and other external engagements.
* Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including customers, partners, and influencers.
* Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and touchpoints
* Manage the organization's foundation, overseeing its initiatives and ensuring its mission and goals are achieved.
* Build and maintain relationships with foundation stakeholders, including donors, partners, and beneficiaries.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in brand management and marketing.

Requirements
* BSC/HND in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.
* Competence in brand management and marketing principles.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and tools.
* Ability to think creatively and strategically.
* Excellent interpersonal and representation skills.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
