Summary

The Builder serves as the central figure for overseeing on-site construction activities, leading craft teams, and upholding rigorous quality standards throughout the physical assembly of structures. This role is vital for ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, safely, and in strict accordance with design specifications.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily site operations and provide direct leadership to tradespeople and artisans.
Verify that all construction methods align with approved blueprints and quality requirements.
Implement and monitor occupational health and safety protocols across the entire work zone.
Monitor material consumption to minimize waste and submit inventory requests when necessary.
Communicate project milestones and immediate site issues to project management teams.
