the provision of end -to -end people solutions to businesses across multiple
industries, including but not limited to:
1. HR as a Service: Our HR as a
Service model offers flexible, cost -effective HR outsourcing, giving access to
expert HR management without an in -house team. The model is targeted at
Startups and Technical founders who do not have the time or resources to invest
in the full HR team.
2. Recruitment Support Services:
End -to -end hiring assistance, including job advertising, candidate sourcing,
screening, interview coordination, background checks, and onboarding support.
Designed to enhance efficiency and talent quality, these services streamline
recruitment processes while reducing time -to -hire and operational burden.
3. RemoteOS: Our flexible staffing
model provides access to a global talent pool, allowing clients to scale
quickly. PeopleOS manages the resources while clients focus on growth.
We are looking for a highly driven Business Development & Sales Specialist to drive client acquisition, build strategic partnerships, and grow revenue.
This role is ideal for a self -motivated sales professional who thrives in a
dynamic environment and has experience selling professional services,
consulting, or HR solutions
Summary of Responsibilities
Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new clients
for HR consulting services.
- Identify and pursue business opportunities, leveraging
networks and referrals.
- Pitch and close deals with C -level executives, HR leaders,
and business owners.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets through proactive sales
efforts.
Sales Strategy & Pipeline Management
- Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline, ensuring
consistent deal flow.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and
opportunities.
- Build and maintain a CRM system to track leads, conversions,
and client engagements.
- Create compelling proposals and presentations to secure new
business.
Relationship Management & Partnerships
- Establish and nurture relationships with key decision -makers
in target industries.
- Develop strategic partnerships to expand PeopleOS’s market
reach.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, driving
repeat business and referrals.
Brand Awareness & Thought Leadership
- Represent PeopleOS at industry events, networking sessions,
and conferences.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop campaigns that generate
leads.
- Contribute insights and expertise to position PeopleOS as a
leading HR consulting firm.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Develop tailored service offerings that meet client needs.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to ensure profitable
deals.
- Work with internal teams to
ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery.
Requirements
Qualification
First degree in any discipline.
2 -4 years of proven success in sales or business
development, preferably in consulting, HR services, professional services, or
B2B industries
Knowledge
Experience managing the entire sales cycle,
from prospecting to closing.
Proficiency in CRM tools, sales analytics, and
digital sales strategies.
Ability to thrive in a hybrid work environment
with minimal supervision.
