Job Description - Business Development Executive

About us:

HFM 
is a globally recognized multi -asset broker, known for delivering innovative trading tools, platforms, and top -tier trading conditions to clients worldwide. As part of our continued growth, we’re looking for a Business Development Executive to help lead our expansion across the Africa region.

Your role at HFM will include:
  • Researches and analyses the market to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and the competitive landscape.Manages and coordinates business development activities across the region.
  • Travels to various African markets to lead events.Supports and trains other staff at HFM’s offices.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships with affiliates, both remotely and in person.
  • Develops and execute business development plans to achieve company goals, which can include market entry strategies, sales campaigns, and partnership initiative.
  • Collaborates with internal teams to implement and execute business strategies.
  • Negotiates and finalizes agreements with affiliates and partners.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development and sales
  • Willingness to travel extensively across North African countries and stay for extended periods from 1 to 3 Months in the region.
  • Experience working in or with African markets (a strong advantage)
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in English
  • A proactive, self -motivated, and results -oriented mindset
