- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

2. Facilitate brand visibility in 54 countries of Africa
3. Relationship Management and upselling activities with existing client base
4. Customer Experience Monitoring
5. Setting up sales and distribution channels
6. Attending Trade shows and exhibition for the purpose of sales and brand visibility
7. Lead generation, Monitoring, conversion and project management.
8. Email Marketing, Digital Marketing and Event Marketing
9. Setting up and growing affiliation program
10. Liaison with CTO to automate sales processes and channels
11. Business brand performance and equity tracking
12. Effecting contracts and onboarding new clients.
13. Liaison with Legal for business contracts
14. Project Management and Process Implementation
15. Team training and Management
16. Generating and exposing a steady flow of testimonials
Responsibilities
- Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
- Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
- Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
- Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
