Job Description - Business Development Manager

Flawless Aesthetic Center is a reputable beauty and wellness center that is dedicated to providing our clients with exceptional services and treatments. We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager at Flawless Aesthetic Center, you will play a key role in driving the growth and success of our business.

In this position, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our client base. You will work closely with the management team to create and execute business development strategies that align with our overall goals and objectives.

The ideal candidate for this role has a strong background in business development, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry. They must have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders. The successful candidate will also possess strong analytical skills and be able to identify market trends and opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential partnerships
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Create and implement business development strategies to drive growth
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop pricing strategies and proposals
  • Negotiate and close business deals
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Prepare reports and presentations on business development activities and performance

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, preferably in the beauty or healthcare industry
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and global stakeholders
  • Extensive Knowledge of market research and analysis
  • Hit weekly, monthly & quarterly targets
  • Possess vast knowledge and network in generating high net-worth individual leads, converting and retaining.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects and deadlines
