· Identify,

· Manage

reach.
· Design
scalable business models tailored to African transport and fintech markets.
Revenue & Performance Management
· Monitor
KPIs: revenue, Inventory sales Volume and Value, uptime, partner engagement.
· Implement
strategies to enhance monetization and operational efficiency.
· Collaborate
cross-functionally with Finance, Product, Ops, and Customer Support to drive
performance.
Product & Market Execution
· Act
as the voice of business partners; align internal product roadmaps with
commercial needs.
· Guide
go-to-market execution: pricing structures, launch plans, promotions.
· Track
competitive dynamics within Africa’s travel-tech landscape.
Operations & Client Satisfaction
· Oversee
onboarding processes: documentation, integrations, training.
· Ensure
partners receive excellent service, addressing escalations swiftly and
proactively.
· Integrate
feedback loops for continuous improvement.
Strategic Planning & Execution
· Support
the development of business strategies and initiatives.
· Monitor
industry developments and suggest innovative ways to stay competitive.
· Assist
in the creation of marketing campaigns to support business growth.
Leadership & Reporting
· Lead
a small team of analysts and partner managers.
· Bachelor’s
degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or related field; MBA preferred.
· 5
– 8 years in travel, fintech, or B2B SaaS, or strategic partnerships.
· Strong
negotiation and relationship-building skills.
· Excellent
communication and presentation abilities.
· Analytical
mindset with the ability to identify trends and opportunities.
· Experience
in the travel industry or corporate travel solutions
