Liquiditti is a process simplification platform which aims to use technology to solve day to day financing needs through synergies and economies of scale. The Business Planning Manager role involves a combination of strategy conceptualization, implementation

and monitoring, preparation and delivery of presentations, pitches and teasers, administrative, routine, project and ad-hoc activities towards achieving the strategic objectives of the company.

Job Description

The Business Manager (BM) role involves a combination of operations, loan demand generation and deposit
generation management, all aimed at optimizing our customer experience, growing
the company’s loan portfolio and delivering
on the overall business aspiration of Liquiditti.

Responsibilities

Â· To design,
implement, manage, optimize and strengthen day-to-day business operations, based on industry best practices.

Â· Lead Credit Analysis and Debt Mobilization teams in
business Development and portfolio building activities and initiatives

Â· Lead Market Research towards development of innovative and market changing products

Â· Support Management in the conceptualization and implementation
of the retail growth strategy and
product developments for Liquiditti

Â· Increase the customer base by driving loan adoption and utilization

Â· Develop and maintain productive business relationships with all prospects, partners and clients.

Requirements

Â· BSc in Banking and Finance, Marketing or related field.

Â· Minimum of 4 years cognate experience from a Digital Lender or Microfinance Bank, .

Â· Proven work experience as a Marketing Officer, Loan Disbursement Officer or similar role in a Microfinance
Bank or Digital Lending company.

Â· A good knowledge of the micro-credit and SME loan industry, with hands-on experience with lending procedures and products.

Â· Excellent analytic, writing, public speaking and communication skills

Â· Organization and multi-tasking skillsets

Â· Ability to network and build sustainable Client Relationships
