Position overview

• The Business Manager will be responsible for creating market awareness for our brand and developing strategies to increase revenue.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and collaborate with team members to achieve target
• Deliver to sales and revenue targets on a daily, weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
• Manage multiple brands/division under a broad hospitality and tourism group.
• Drive sales, generate leads and maintain relationships with both existing and new corporate clients 
• Develop and Maintain good relationships with the strategic partners such as; airlines , destination, companies, hotels and resorts etc.
• Lead company presentations to present value propositions to businesses and organizations in order to close new businesses.
• Manage the Technical, Operational and financial compliance with IATA including overseeing the BSP payments.
• Implement strategic plan to achieve organization's goals and objectives 
• with adoption of technology and innovation.
• Present reports on the company’s business and performance to the board.
• Ensure that activities remain on time and within budget.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or any related field.
• Strong knowledge in travel industry 
• Minimum of 3years of proven success as a business manager (certification in travel industry is a plus)
• Good knowledge of travel and tour business processes and functions.
