Job Summary
The Business Manager will be responsible for taking charge in key decisions that will be required to drive our company's growth and success.
He/she would be a high-ranking executive in the company and accountable for liaising with other members of the company to set the overall direction and strategy of the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning: Develop and implement the company’s overall strategy, goals, and objectives, in alignment with the company’s mission and vision.
Leadership: Provide quality leadership and direction towards the achievement of the company’s goals.
Financial Management: Oversee the company’s financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Operational Management: Ensure the effective operation of the company’s real estate marketing projects.
Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the company’s operations, reputation, and financial performance.
Communication: Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including other employees, customers and the board of directors.
Business Development, Marketing and Sales: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations that align with the company’s strategy and goals.
Compliance: Ensure that the company complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management, Business Administration or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with a minimum of 2 years in a senior management or executive role.
Skills: Strong leadership, strategic planning, financial management, sales and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with all stakeholders.
Other expectations: This job is synonymous with tight deadlines and financial income targets and requires someone with excellent sales and marketing skills and experience.
