Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness across Workforce Africa.
• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals and market demands.
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration among project teams, consultants, and support staff.
• Analyze operational processes and identify areas for improvement and innovation.
• Monitor performance metrics and prepare regular reports for senior management.
• Manage resource allocation and budgeting to optimize operational capacity.
• Facilitate communication and workflow between regional offices and headquarters to ensure alignment.
• Drive compliance with industry regulations and internal policies within all operational activities.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in business operations or management consulting roles.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and drive operational initiatives.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with experience in process optimization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Familiarity with the African business environment and cultural considerations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and operational software platforms.
• Experience in EOR & PEO HR Operations.
