Business Operations Manager

• Oversee and coordinate daily business operations.
  


• Improve operational policies, procedures, and workflows.
  


• Coordinate procurement, warehousing, logistics, sales, and business functions.
  


• Supervise inventory planning and warehouse operations.
  


• Develop and monitor KPIs and operational reports.
  


• Manage operational budgets and cost-reduction initiatives.
  


• Lead, mentor, and evaluate operations staff.
  


• Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory regulations.
  

Requirements

• B.Sc./HND in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field. MBA is an advantage.
  


• PMP, Lean Six Sigma, CILT, or CIPS certifications are an advantage.
  


• 5–8 years in FMCG, manufacturing, or distribution with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
