Job Description

Coordinating and planning the product execution process

• Coordinating and managing Key stakeholders and internal partners in the product execution process
• Managing, implementing and improving policies, processes and systems
• Managing and ensuring adherence to policies and SLA’s
• Ensuring that products and services meet high-quality standards
• Monitoring and controlling budgets and expenses
• Hiring, training, and managing staff
• Identifying and addressing problems and bottlenecks in the production process
• Collaborating with other departments, such as sales, products, marketing, Risk and Credit, collection and finance
• Analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Requirements:

• Proven proficiency in Managing diverse teams
• 8+ years’ experience in Sales and Marketing
• Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
• Influencing and people management
• Proven sales track record
• Proficiency in MS Office suite
• Communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build rapport
• Time management and planning skills
• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing, sales or relevant field
