Business Planning Manager

OVERALL PURPOSE OF THE JOB:

The Business Planning Manager plays a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction and operational efficiency of the company. This individual is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring business plans that align with the company's mission to deliver innovative technology solutions that empower organizations to thrive in a digital world. The role requires a blend of strategic thinking, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration to drive growth, profitability, and long-term sustainability.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Strategic Planning

• Develop and refine long-term business strategies in alignment with corporate goals.
  
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to inform strategic decisions.
  

2. Financial Forecasting & Budgeting

• Lead annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
  
• Analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  

3. Operational Planning

• Collaborate with department heads to translate strategic goals into operational plans.
  
• Monitor KPIs and ensure timely execution of initiatives.
  

4. Business Performance Analysis

• Track and report on business performance metrics.
  
• Identify risks and opportunities, recommending corrective actions.
  

5. Stakeholder Engagement

• Present strategic plans and performance updates to executives and board members.
  
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and communication.
  

6. Technology Integration

• Support digital transformation initiatives by aligning planning processes with technology capabilities.
  
• Evaluate and recommend tools for business intelligence and planning automation.
  

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or Master's in Strategic Management is preferred.
  
• Minimum of 7–10 years in business planning, strategy, or financial analysis within the technology or consulting industry. Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and strategic initiatives.
