Case Worker

Summary

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the enrollment of identified protection cases, including children and families, into appropriate PSS activities and support programs.
  
• Monitor and track the progress of individual cases from initial identification through active follow-up to successful case closure.
  
• Manage specific case types such as child abuse, neglect, labor exploitation, family restoration, and human trafficking with strict adherence to ethical standards.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records and files using standard office productivity tools to ensure data integrity.
  
• Ensure strict confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive client information and internal case documentation.
  
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with case management to safeguard the well-being of clients and the organization.
  
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to coordinate comprehensive support services for vulnerable populations.
  
• Prepare reports, documents, and correspondence using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace to support operational reporting.
