Cashier (Female)

Location: Ogombo Road, Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-Time (Shift System: 7:30am 3:00pm / 3:00pm 10:00pm)

Job Summary

We are seeking reliable and customer-focused Female Cashiers to handle sales transactions, process payments accurately, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced supermarket environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle cash, POS, and other payment transactions accurately.

• Issue receipts, refunds, and maintain proper cash balancing at the end of each shift.

• Ensure accurate pricing and scanning of products.

• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

• Greet customers warmly and provide friendly service.

• Report any discrepancies or cash variances to the supervisor.

• Assist in packaging goods and ensuring smooth customer flow at the counter.

• Support other supermarket operations when required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of OND / SSCE Certificate.

• At least 1-2 years experience as a Cashier or Sales Assistant in a retail or supermarket setting.

• Must be female, smart, and customer-oriented.

• Good numeracy, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in POS operation and basic computer use is an advantage.

• Must be punctual, trustworthy, and well-presented.

Salary Range: 70,000 Monthly
