Job Description - Channel Sales Manager

Channel Strategy and
Development

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive channel sales
strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives.

·       Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners,
ensuring alignment with the company's market goals.

·       Design and implement partner incentive programs to
drive sales performance.

 

Relationship Management

·       Build and maintain strong, long -term relationships
with channel partners.

·       Act as the primary point of contact for all
partner -related inquiries and issues, ensuring timely resolution.

·       Facilitate regular business reviews with partners to
assess performance and identify growth opportunities.

 

Sales Target Achievement

·       Collaborate with channel partners to meet or exceed
sales targets.

·       Monitor and report on channel sales performance,
providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

·       Coordinate with the internal sales team to manage
joint opportunities and ensure seamless execution.

 

Partner Enablement and Training

·       Develop and deliver training programs for channel
partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and value propositions.

·       Provide marketing and technical support to enhance
partner capability and effectiveness.

·       Collaborate with the marketing team to create
co -branded campaigns and promotional activities.

 

Market Intelligence

·       Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and
customer needs to refine channel strategies.

·       Provide feedback to internal teams on product
development and service improvements based on partner and customer insights.

 

Compliance and Reporting

·       Ensure all channel activities comply with the
company's policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

·       Prepare and present detailed reports on channel sales
performance, forecasts, and pipeline activities to senior leadership.



Requirements

·       Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Marketing, Sales, or a related field.

·       MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an
advantage.

·       Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in sales, with at
least 3 years in channel or partner sales management, preferably in the
business technology solutions industry.

·       Proven track record of achieving sales targets and
managing high -performing channel relationships.

·       Experience in multi -industry client engagement is
highly desirable.
