Chief Operating Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and scale all operational functions across the company's product portfolio.
  


• Translate the company’s strategic goals into actionable operational plans and ensure flawless execution.
  


• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams, promoting accountability, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  


• Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  


• Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to identify growth opportunities, optimize processes, and drive business expansion.
  


• Serve as a key decision-maker on operational and strategic initiatives.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a COO, Head of Operations, or senior operational leader in a tech-driven or high-growth company.
  


• Strong track record of scaling operations, building teams, and implementing processes that drive efficiency and growth.
  


• Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills.
  


• Data-driven decision-making mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.
  


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience working across diverse teams and geographies.
  


• Experience in HR tech, staffing, or related industries is a plus.
