The Role:
We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and execution-focused Chief Operating Officer (COO) to drive operational excellence and scale the client's business across all products. The COO will be a strategic partner to the CEO and will take full ownership of day-to-day operations, translating strategy into results while building a high-performing team and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, manage, and scale all operational functions across the company's product portfolio.
Translate the companyâs strategic goals into actionable operational plans and ensure flawless execution.
Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams, promoting accountability, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement.
Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring operational efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to identify growth opportunities, optimize processes, and drive business expansion.
Serve as a key decision-maker on operational and strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a COO, Head of Operations, or senior operational leader in a tech-driven or high-growth company.
Strong track record of scaling operations, building teams, and implementing processes that drive efficiency and growth.
Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and execution skills.
Data-driven decision-making mindset with the ability to translate insights into actions.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with experience working across diverse teams and geographies.
Experience in HR tech, staffing, or related industries is a plus.
