Summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily on-site operations while ensuring contractors strictly follow approved engineering designs.
  
• Perform rigorous quality assessments on soil samples, construction materials, and structural elements throughout the project lifecycle.
  
• Aid in the analysis of structural blueprints and provide technical solutions to engineering challenges encountered on-site.
  
• Generate comprehensive documentation, including progress reports, daily site logs, and records from safety inspections.
  
• Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to align activities and ensure adherence to project timelines.
  

• Proven ability to monitor and manage site activities effectively.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of soil mechanics, material properties, and structural integrity.
  
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting complex engineering blueprints.
  
• Experience in preparing detailed project documentation and safety reports.
  
• Excellent coordination skills for managing relationships with external vendors and subcontractors.
