We are seeking an organised and detail -conscious Commercial Operations Assistant to support commercial tracking, business development coordination, proposal follow -up, invoicing and receivables tracking, social media coordination, and recurring commercial reporting.
The role involves maintaining CRM and pipeline records, tracking proposals and client follow -up actions, supporting invoice and receivables monitoring, preparing weekly commercial summaries, coordinating market -facing activity records, and helping to keep commercial information accurate, current, and accessible.
This opportunity is suited to a recent graduate who has completed NYSC and is looking to build practical experience within a disciplined and fast -paced consulting environment, with exposure to commercial operations, business development support, brand communications, and structured reporting.
