Job Title: Communications Associate
Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Role Summary
The Communications Associate will lead Arc-Lights Foundation’s communication, media, and digital engagement efforts, supporting the Foundation’s work in education and technology-driven programs.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement communication strategies that promote the Foundation’s mission and programs.
Manage internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging and brand alignment.
Oversee social media platforms, website, and digital campaigns to drive visibility and engagement.
Create compelling content including stories, press releases, newsletters, and multimedia materials.
Build and manage media relationships and support public relations activities.
Support the use of technology tools, including LMS and other digital platforms, for program delivery.
Monitor digital performance and prepare basic reports.
Collaborate with program teams to align communication efforts with organizational goals.
