Summary:

The Communications and Media Associate plays a vital role in advancing the organization’s visibility and impact through strategic storytelling and dynamic media engagement. The Associate will support the development and delivery of compelling multimedia content, assist in managing digital platforms, and help document the organization’s work and achievements. By ensuring brand consistency and fostering meaningful stakeholder engagement, this role contributes directly to strengthening the organization’s voice and presence in the public sphere.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation, editing, and production of diverse communication materials, including graphics, videos, photographs, newsletters, and reports.
Support the management and scheduling of content across social media platforms and digital channels.
Document organizational events, projects, and success stories through high-quality visual and written content.
Contribute to the development of creative content for campaigns, awareness initiatives, and stakeholder outreach efforts.
Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communication materials.
Conduct foundational research to inform content development and communication strategies.
Support website updates and digital content management as needed.
Collaborate with team members to implement communication plans and execute media-related tasks efficiently.
Monitor media coverage and assist in preparing concise performance reports on communication activities.
Perform other communications and administrative tasks as assigned.
