Job Description - Community Growth Manager

is Africa's premium fintech training institute, empowering payments
professionals through programs like The Payment School, webinars, advisory
services, and a cutting -edge podcast studio in Lekki Phase 1.

Role Summary

Lead and scale the Intreensic Growth Circle (our professional community of payments learners, alumni, and practitioners) into a predictable growth engine for education, events, advisory, and resourcing. This role drives engagement, retention, advocacy, and leads, tying the community directly to Intreensic's 2026 growth goals. You'll design experiences, activate members, manage programs, and provide studio support.

Key Responsibilities

1. Community Strategy & Growth
  • Design
    and manage Intreensic Growth Circle across WhatsApp, Telegram, LinkedIn,
    and events: define structure, rules, and engagement cadence.

  • Launch
    programs (spotlights, challenges, mentorship, job boards) to build active
    networks of alumni and payments pros.

  • Run
    referral/ambassador campaigns; convert alumni into advocates for enrolments
    and leads.

2. Engagement & Retention

  • Drive
    weekly activity via content, discussions, and events; re -engage inactive
    members to hit 30%+ active member rate.

  • Curate
    resources (reports, job boards); feature success stories; foster belonging
    and progression.

3. Lead Generation & Business Impact

  • Promote
    initiatives (e.g., FlowTalks webinars, trainings); capture/segment leads
    for The Payment School, advisory, and resourcing.

  • Coordinate
    talent referrals, employer intros, and alumni co -hosting for events.

  • Tie
    community to revenue: track referrals, influence enrolments, and
    partnerships.

4. Content, Social & Studio Support

  • Manage
    content calendars for Intreensic brands (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube,
    LinkedIn); produce/edit BTS from programs/studio using CapCut/Canva.

  • Write
    professional captions; turn community stories into social/testimonial
    content.

  • Support
    studio: handle bookings, logistics, and client experiences.

5. Data & Reporting

  • Track
    metrics monthly (growth, engagement, leads, conversions) using CRM
    (Zoho/Google tools); report on influenced revenue.

Success Metrics (KPIs)

  • Active
    member rate and monthly community -generated leads.

  • Referral
    enrolments and event attendance.

  • Alumni advocacy (posts/ambassadors) and employer
    leads.



Requirements

  • B.Sc/HND;
    1 -3 years in community management, growth/digital marketing, or
    fintech/education.

  • Strong
    communication/relationship skills; proficient in Zoho/Google Workspace,
    CapCut, Canva.

  • Data -savvy
    with CRM experience; organised and execution -focused.

  • Passion
    for fintech communities; resides near Lekki Phase 1 (post -NYSC).

  • Personality: Empathetic yet structured; turns relationships into business value.
