Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
• Oversee daily operations on-site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation effectively.
• Monitor and report project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or delays promptly.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with legal, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to guarantee high-quality workmanship and adherence to specifications.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience managing construction projects in the real estate sector.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and multiple stakeholders effectively.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety regulations, and building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP) or Construction Management is preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to construction sites as needed.
