Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and results driven Content Creator / Social Media Manager to develop engaging content and manage our social media presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual and written content, growing our online community, increasing brand awareness, and supporting marketing campaigns that drive business growth.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop, create, and publish engaging content across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and YouTube.

• Create high quality written content, graphics, photography, and video content that aligns with the company's brand identity.

• Plan, manage, and maintain the company's social media content calendar.

• Write compelling captions, social media copy, and campaign content that drive engagement and conversions.

• Monitor and manage all social media accounts by responding to comments, messages, and customer inquiries promptly.

• Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing team to develop and execute content strategies that support business objectives.

• Work closely with the Graphic Designer to provide creative direction for marketing campaigns and promotional materials.

• Capture and edit photos and videos for property listings, company events, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns.

• Monitor social media performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare reports with recommendations for improvement.

• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content formats to maximize audience engagement.

• Support digital marketing campaigns by creating content that increases brand visibility and generates qualified leads.

• Ensure all published content maintains a consistent brand voice and visual identity.

• Assist with content optimization, photo editing, and basic video editing where necessary.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Sales and Marketing.

Qualification Requirements

• BSc or HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related discipline.

• Professional certifications in Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, or related fields are an added advantage.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, social media management, or a similar role.

• Experience working within the real estate industry is an added advantage.

• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other content creation tools.

• Strong photography, videography, and video editing skills.

• Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.

• Experience managing multiple social media platforms and scheduling tools.

• Good understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.

• Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast paced environment.

• Self motivated, proactive, and passionate about creating engaging digital content.
