A Gaming Company is seeking a Retention Architect with a mininum of 3 years Experience. We arenât looking for a support specialist; we need a data-driven marketer who understands how to map player behaviour to revenue. You will own the technical execution of automated customer journeys, using data-led decision-making to minimize churn and maximize Player Lifetime Value (LTV).
Architect Automated Journeys: Design, build, and deploy complex, multi-stage automation workflows (onboarding, churn prevention, and reactivation).
Behavioural Segmentation: Use RFM modelling (Recency, Frequency, Monetary) to segment players and deliver hyper-personalized offers.
Technical Campaign Execution: Manage the "Marketing Stack" to deploy multi-channel campaigns across Email, SMS, Web-Push, and In-App triggers.
Performance Analysis: Track and optimize technical KPIs including ARPU, Retention Cohorts, Conversion Rates, and Bonus Spend Efficiency.
A/B Testing: Lead a rigorous testing culture to optimize subject lines, CTA buttons, and incentive structures.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of Performance Marketing or CRM Marketing experience.
Tool Proficiency (Mandatory): Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools like Braze, CleverTap, WebEngage, or MoEngage. (Note: Experience with general helpdesk tools like Zendesk is not sufficient).
Analytical Skills: Intermediate to Advanced Excel (Pivot tables, V-lookups) or SQL to interpret player data.
Copywriting for Conversion: Ability to write high-converting, direct-response copy for push notifications and SMS.
Industry Background: Previous experience in iGaming, FinTech, or E-commerce is highly preferred.
