Job Description - Customer Care/Virtual Onboarding Officers

Company Description

Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through various channels.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests on the App.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary to ensure seamless service to customers.
  • Providing feedback to management on the efficiency of the customer service process.
  • Frequently employ a variety of analysis tools such as best practice surveys to improve customer experiences.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Assume ownership of customer problems and seek to identify, respond, and resolve any issues before they become a conflict, ensuring a satisfactory solution for both Squire and the customer.
  • Orientation training of new partners and customers.
  • Onboard new strategic merchants  in different categories who are currently not on the platform.
  • Training new merchants on how to use the company's app.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in any field of study.
  • Minimum of 2 years working experience as a customer service professional.
  • Customer service & relationship management skills.
  • Excellent communication, oral and verbal skills.
  • Multilingual: Fluent in English and at least one other Nigerian Language.
  • Project management skills, ability to manage multiple projects, ability to meet deadlines, and strong attention to detail.
  • Proficient computer skills in MS Office including Word and Excel and PowerPoint.
  • IT Savvy.
     

Additional Information

Salary Range: 150,000 - 250,000 Gross Salary per month
